A software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Clinical Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the nursing staff
- Providing training to the nursing and clinician staff
- Ensuring high-quality and safe care is delivered at all times
Position Requirements Include:
- Appreciation for the trans experience and a desire to increase access to gender-affirming care
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in a clinical healthcare setting
- 2+ years of experience in clinical capacity planning in a multi-state setting
