Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Clinical Operations Manager in Austin.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Create processes and procedures that scale to ensure alignment between clinicians andour clinical and process guidelines
- Create, build and scale the strongest clinical quality platform
- Collaborate with the Head of Training, Operations, and Medical Teams to enable clinicians to provide the best in class care
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years in a Clinical Operations or related clinical leadership role
- 4+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in telemedicine
- Master's degree (preferred MPH, MBA) or clinical licensure (RN, NP, MD)
- Experience developing Clinical Quality processes, metrics, and guidelines
- Demonstrated experience managing projects from inception to completion
- Experience managing a diverse workforce; from clinicians to operations managers
