Job Summary
A clinical research organization is filling a position for a Remote Senior Clinical Operations Manager in Morrisville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Oversees clinical monitoring/site activities for a portfolio of projects on controlling and compliance
- Training, coaching, mentoring project team
- Reporting to senior management on status inclusive of enrollment activity/ trends and issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Between 20% to 25% travel
- College degree desired, preferably with a healthcare or life science degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical development or relevant clinical research experience in pharmaceutical or CRO industry required
- Able to analyze information, set strategy and follow plan through completion
- Expert monitoring skills to independently conduct all types of site monitoring visits
- All other requirements necessary for this position
