- Bachelor's in management, business administration, health care or science related field
- 2 years of research-related experience
- Knowledge of clinical research, research programs, and data management
- Working knowledge of computer/related systems
- Strong leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage a varied workload of projects
