Job Summary

A clinical development organization is filling a position for a Remote Senior Clinical Research Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Lead, implement, and manage a dedicated flexible sourcing initiative
Establish Key Performance Indicators
Craft and Implement program and quality oversight plans

Qualifications for this position include:

Eight years’ experience Clinical Research experience
Five plus years’ experience managing Functional Service Model
Bachelor's Degree or RN
Advanced ability in evaluating candidate's skills and relevant experience
Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment law, and regulations
