Job Summary

A clinical development organization is filling a position for a Remote Senior Clinical Research Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead, implement, and manage a dedicated flexible sourcing initiative
• Establish Key Performance Indicators
• Craft and Implement program and quality oversight plans

Qualifications for this position include:

• Eight years’ experience Clinical Research experience
• Five plus years’ experience managing Functional Service Model
• Bachelor's Degree or RN
• Advanced ability in evaluating candidate's skills and relevant experience
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment law, and regulations
