A pharmaceutical research and consulting firm is seeking a Remote Senior Clinical Trial Contract Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

Serving as the primary contact negotiator for all study related contract activities
Reviewing and negotiating the terms and conditions for various types of contracts
Preparing subsequent contract amendments

Position Requirements Include:

Undergraduate degree with an understanding of legally binding agreements
Previous experience working within a CRO/Pharmaceutical organisation
Experience negotiating clinical trial agreements with sites
Experience working in contract administration or another relevant area
