Job Summary

A real estate company is seeking a Remote Senior Closing Transaction Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing
• Coordinating title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal process
• Coordinating inspections, assisting in negotiations regarding repairs

Qualifications Include:

• 5 years minimum of real estate experience with a track record of exceeding quota
• Strong working knowledge for both purchase and refinance loans with an aptitude for customer service
• Excellent and effective presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local levels of loan processing laws and regulations
• Highly analytical and entrepreneurial; thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Fluency with Google Productivity Suite and transaction coordinating systems
