Job Summary

A computer software company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Cloud and Automation Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining cloud services with a keen focus on availability, performance, and reliability
  • Helping to define and drive a multi cloud strategy
  • Building CI/CD pipelines leveraging DevSecOps best practices

Qualifications Include:

  • Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Hands-on Programming/scripting skills – Knowledge of programming constructs, data structures, and algorithms
  • Hands-on experience with public cloud providers - Microsoft Azure/Amazon AWS/Google Cloud
  • Experience with deploying containerized applications using Docker/Kubernetes
  • Experience with Windows and several Linux distros (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, etc.)
