Remote Senior Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A global environmental nonprofit is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Cloud Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Building and delivering a service in partnership with the rest of IT
• Deploying and debugging systems as well as executing new cloud initiatives will be part of the role
• Ensuring cloud computing systems meet our customers' needs

Position Requirements Include:

• Experience in cloud development components and a well-rounded / working-knowledge of cloud DevOps platform capabilities
• Advise on all aspects of AWS cloud infrastructure and networking offerings
• Understanding of the major operational processes and the impact of AWS on these processes
• Experience in automation practices throughout the development, build, and deployment phases of the application lifecycle
• Experience with Terraform / Cloud formation to support IaC
• Experience with AWS CI/CD services and/or Bitbucket
