Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Cloud Infrastructure Staff Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work closely with our engineering community to identify service needs and collaboratively design solutions
- Mentor and lead junior engineers with cloud migration initiatives
- Work hands-on in driving automation and Infrastructure as Code best practices
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Significant infrastructure automation experience using Ansible, Terraform, Python and Bash
- 12 + years of progressive experience in managing highly available cloud based distributed systems
- Significant prior experience migrating and transforming legacy solutions to AWS cloud
- Demonstrable experience in building modern CI/CD pipelines
- 7 + years of progressive experience implementing solutions in AWS
- Deep expertise in managing container based Microservices
