A global software development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Cloud Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating with teams across the organization to address issues
- Designing and advising on multi-region, highly available, and fault-tolerant enterprise, and web-scale environments
- Engaging with product development and customer support teams to resolve production issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of proven leadership experience in a cloud / SaaS environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent
- 15+ years of overall technical experience
- Proven track record of technology strategy and implementation
- In-depth experience with AWS best practices and design principles
- Experience in IaaS operations
