A computer software company is in need of a Remote Senior Cloud Release Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing back end support for the client-facing Customer Care team
  • Troubleshooting application and user account problems
  • Managing and supporting cloud applications

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years supporting enterprise customer-facing software
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Deltek Products
  • 1+ years of experience supporting Costpoint in a Technical role
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL script execution in SQL Server or Oracle
  • 2+ years’ experience as a system administrator
  • 1+ years’ experience as mentor/trainer
