Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Cloud Service Operations Process Architect.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing technical support and problem resolution for external and internal customer inquiries
  • Establishing key metrics and KPIs which directly impacts profitability, growth, customer satisfaction outcomes
  • Being responsible for the strategic direction & long-term vision of the processes assigned

Required Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNOW
  • Advanced experience with implementing and managing ITSM or ITIL processes
  • Ability to drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to be processes
  • Experience with continuous improvement methods
  • Strong project & process organization skills
  • Skilled working within a highly matrixed global environment
