Job Summary

A web development technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Cloud Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating and maintaining infrastructure utilizing Kubernetes
  • Debugging and investigating complex and interesting customer issues
  • Being available for on-call rotation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Fly to cool locations 3x/year for company-wide meetups
  • Proven experience in operations
  • Experience with Kubernetes cluster design and managing Kubernetes at scale
  • Linux/Unix feels like home and you are comfortable doing some programming
  • You have experience scaling up and maintaining DBs like Elasticsearch
  • Experience with designing and making scalable systems tick
