Job Summary
A provider of cloud technology services has a current position open for a Remote Senior Cloud Technology Operations Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Communicating with external customers and other teams about technical issues
- Executing regular maintenance and approved change requests
- Performing Root Cause Analysis for repeated issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years hands-on experience managing AWS cloud workloads, especially EC2, RDS, VPC, and CloudWatch
- 3+ years of Linux System Administration experience (Linux and Windows)
- Experience managing high-volume networks and large traffic websites, including the IT infrastructure
- Experience managing networks and websites
- Experience with web server applications and administrating web application environments
- Experience automating repetitive tasks to build efficiency (Python or Bash)
