Job Summary
A political organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Coalition Organizer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Cultivating relationships with allies, partners, constituency leaders, elected officials and their staff
- Supporting and helping cohere groups around a shared platform, strategy, and political identity
- Developing and managing relationships
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Meet, engage with, recruit political actors from candidates, elected officials, organizations, and activists
- Must be able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to get your hands dirty and do what it takes to be successful with a lean team
- Must be flexible while keeping an eye on a strategic North Star
- Demonstrated commitment to (and experience in) centering equity and inclusion in your work
