A financial service has an open position for a Remote Senior Collection Analytics Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Increasing customer engagement
- Optimizing channel contact strategy
- Building predictive behavior scoring
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6+ years of experience in an analytical role in the financial services industry
- 2+ years of experience in Collections analytics role
- Advanced SQL skills, familiar with Machine Learning and reporting automation programs
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or other analytical discipline
