Job Summary
A software development firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Commercial Contracts and Compliance Manager.
Must be able to:
- Coordinate the drafting, review, approval and execution of all pre-sales documentation
- Coordinate the response to customer pre-sales questionnaires
- Prepare commercial risk assessments
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in contract management, finance, business or related field
- Familiarity with legal requirements pertaining to contracts
- 5+ years in sales, contract development, procurement, risk management, or a combination
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, Adobe, and contract management applications
