Job Summary

A software development firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Commercial Contracts and Compliance Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Coordinate the drafting, review, approval and execution of all pre-sales documentation
  • Coordinate the response to customer pre-sales questionnaires
  • Prepare commercial risk assessments

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in contract management, finance, business or related field
  • Familiarity with legal requirements pertaining to contracts
  • 5+ years in sales, contract development, procurement, risk management, or a combination
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Google Suite, Adobe, and contract management applications
