Remote Senior Commercial Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A software developer is filling a position for a Remote Senior Commercial Corporate Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Provide practical and creative legal advice across the business in a lighting-fast environment
• Be the primary POC for all things commercial contracts
• Negotiate and advise on the full range of third-party agreements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-time commercial contracts experience practicing law at a law firm, and/or in-house
• Have experience supporting health care, B2B and/or D2C services
• Have a JD from an accredited law school and are admitted to a U.S. state bar
• Have experience advising on contract implications based on federal and state healthcare regulations and privacy laws
• Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of complex commercial agreements
• Experience working in-house with a fast-paced technology and services company
