Job Summary

A real estate technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Commercial Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Advise on legal risks
  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
  • Provide accurate, timely and practical legal advice

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
  • 7+ years of relevant legal experience, with at least three years in-house
  • Must have working knowledge of privacy laws, including CCPA and GLBA
