Job Summary
A pharmaceuticals company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Commercial Counsel.
Must be able to:
- Provide contracting, product and compliance counsel for commercialization of a vaccine portfolio
- Support the commercial, medical affairs, and communications departments
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts in support of the commercial department
Position Requirements Include:
- Juris doctorate from an accredited law school and member in good standing of a state bar
- 10+ years of providing legal advice and counseling on commercial contracting
- Experience with pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably with vaccines or infectious disease
- Significant experience acting as an in-house legal counsel in the US
- Detailed knowledge of U.S. laws and regulations related to pharmaceutical products
