A digital asset trading company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Commercial Counsel Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements
- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing data processing agreements
- Designing and implementing legal operations
Position Requirements Include:
- J.D. and current admission in a U.S. jurisdiction
- 7-10 years of relevant legal experience in technology, commercial contract and privacy law
- 3-5 years inhouse at a global public or late-stage private technology company
- Deep technology, SaaS, data privacy and commercial contract experience
- Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
