Job Summary

A sales performance improvement company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Commercial Counsel Member.

Must be able to:

Negotiate and draft commercial contracts
Advise the company on compliance with laws and regulations
Identify and manage legal risks associated with the company's commercial activities

Position Requirements Include:

A J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing in at least one state bar
7 years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial contracts and compliance
Negotiation and drafting skills, as well as the ability to provide clear and actionable legal advice
Experience in the SaaS or technology industry
A solid understanding of data privacy and data security laws
