Job Summary

A sales performance improvement company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Commercial Counsel Member.

Must be able to:

• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts
• Advise the company on compliance with laws and regulations
• Identify and manage legal risks associated with the company's commercial activities

Position Requirements Include:

• A J.D. degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing in at least one state bar
• 7 years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial contracts and compliance
• Negotiation and drafting skills, as well as the ability to provide clear and actionable legal advice
• Experience in the SaaS or technology industry
• A solid understanding of data privacy and data security laws
