Job Summary
A manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Senior Commercial Excellence Business Analyst in New Britain.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing development and maintenance of the Commercial Excellence standards
- Managing development and maintenance of tools needed to execute collaborative gap analyses
- Maintaining and managing the current pipeline of Commercial Excellence projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline
- 5 years sales, sales operations and/or business transformation experience
- Able to demonstrate their ability to lead teams through both direct and indirect methods
- Demonstrated understanding of the drivers for Commercial Excellence
- Strong project management/organizational skills
- Strong recent & related experience with MS Office, SAP and SFDC and other tools
