Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Commercial Insurance Account Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing and sending renewal solicitations
- Assisting with marketing Management Liability programs for public/private companies
- Preparing client presentation and proposal materials
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 3 years in a comparable work environment and/or administrative experience
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and to be flexible with ever-changing priorities and deadlines
- Must work well with others in a fast-paced, customer service oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent management of slide decks, meeting agendas, and coordination of calendar invites
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
