Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Commercial Insurance Account Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing and sending renewal solicitations
  • Assisting with marketing Management Liability programs for public/private companies
  • Preparing client presentation and proposal materials

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a comparable work environment and/or administrative experience
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and to be flexible with ever-changing priorities and deadlines
  • Must work well with others in a fast-paced, customer service oriented environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent management of slide decks, meeting agendas, and coordination of calendar invites
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
