Job Summary
A mutual insurance company that specializes in business insurance products is filling a position for a Remote Senior Commercial Liability Claims Representative Specialist in Stevens Point.
Must be able to:
- Provide prompt claim investigation, evaluation, and settlement or denial of claims with higher complexity of coverage involving litigation
- Verify coverages and coverage investigation issuing reservation of rights and/or disclaimers
- Negotiate claims settlements with claimants and their legal representation within assigned authority limits
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Prior experience with large exposure catastrophic type injuries
- Ability to review and interpret complex and detailed documents
- Experience handling a heavy caseload of litigated files
