A software-as-a-service and customer experience management software development company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Commercial Operations Analyst in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and reporting on key metrics that will drive effective decision making
  • Developing and implementing Salesforce reporting infrastructure to drive efficiency and revenue growth
