Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Commercial Real Estate Critical Facility Business Ops Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Review and monitor department processes and procedures to identify opportunities to improve service delivery
- Lead and facilitate communication of best practices, policies, procedures, and initiatives to support operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex inquiries and requests from internal and external clients
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college or university with
- Minimum of five years related work experience to include budgeting, and business analytics or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Work experience related to critical facilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
