Job Summary
A digital news and media entertainment company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Commercial Transactions Counsel Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Reviewing, negotiating and drafting a broad range of commercial agreements
- Advising internal clients on deals
- Collaborating with departmental colleagues
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of legal experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract law and Intellectual Property rights
- Experience drafting/reviewing a wide variety of contracts
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school, and a valid license to practice law in New York State
- Ability to contribute to global intellectual property strategy
- Experience with product and content licensing
