Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Commission Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing day to day commission administration in Xactly Incent
  • Troubleshooting and resolving calculation and/or data errors within Xactly Incent
  • Managing Sales Promotion, bonus and SPIFF payments

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 5+ years' progressive experience managing commission processes for a high growth sales team
  • High-tech, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field
  • Familiarity with Xactly or other enterprise ICS experience
  • Salesforce.com CRM experience
