Job Summary
A contact center solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Commissions Finance Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of our sales and services incentive compensation plans globally
- Be the expert resource for the various plans the team is responsible for administering
- Validate, review commission team outputs across both US and Manila locations
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in commission compensation
- Ability to adjust communication style to varying levels of leadership
- Ability to work independently with general direction in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent verbal, and written communications skills and changing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional groups
