A communications technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior CommTech Customer Experience Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Offer high-touch customer support to top clients through email, chat, and video
- Answer inquiries regarding the product, service setup processes, customer feedback, and technical difficulties
