Job Summary
A cybersecurity software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Communications and Collaboration Systems Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, implementing and operating duties for existing and future communications platforms
- Monitoring of health and platform performance, adjusting as needed to continuously improve the user experience
- Managing and optimizing spam filtering solutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Regular team activities, including happy hours, community service events
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10+ years hands-on deployment, administration and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to analyze issues and provide clear, effective, solutions with minimal interruption to business flow
- Architecture, design and administration knowledge with Microsoft Exchange 2016 and/or Exchange 2019
- All other requirements necessary for this position
