Job Summary

A private university is in need of a Remote Senior Communications Associate Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Write profiles, features, gift stories, and other campaign-themed content
  • Conduct interviews with alumni, friends, and other constituents
  • Customize stories for different platforms: online, print, video, and social media

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products
  • 2-3 years of communications experience
  • Skilled, versatile writer and editor capable of producing a wide variety of content
  • Sensitive to issues of confidentiality and customer service orientation
  • Ability to adapt communication styles, approaches, and skills
