Job Summary

A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Communications Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Develop communication plans and materials for specific initiatives to generate momentum and raise awareness
• Lead and develop training materials to support change and transition
• Act as a content provider for training related to transition management

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel on short notice (approximately 25-33% within continental US annually)
• Experience managing team calendars and travel communications
• 3 – 7 years of experience in technical communications and/or training documentation writing
• MS Office 2007 and later (with a high level of expertise in both Word and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work with client teams to ensure alignment
• Ability to consistently meet project deadlines
