Job Summary
A communications technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Communications Technology Customer Support Content Strategist.
Must be able to:
- Develop and validate company's Customer Support's information architecture and taxonomy
- Work with company's subject matter experts to source information
- Audit the current support content and determine what is relevant, what needs to be updated, and what needs to be archived
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Have experience developing a taxonomy in a customer support environment
- Hare resourceful, flexible and hold self accountable and persevere in the face of obstacles
- Are empathetic and enjoy teaching customers at all levels of technical proficiency
- Are an experienced technical writer with the ability to clearly communicate concepts through writing
