Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Senior Community and Wellness Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Community and Wellness team
• Represent Community Wellness needs and priorities on the Member Services management team
• Design, manage, evaluate, and ensure the effectiveness of the overall Community Wellness program

Qualifications Include:

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare
• 6+ years of experience directly managing people & teams, ideally within healthcare
• Strong experience or demonstrated focus on working with marginalized or underrepresented communities
