- Playing a key role in compensation review cycles
- Assisting in the compensation strategy, design and execution
- Partnering with talent acquisition, people business partners and management teams in evaluating jobs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, Finance, Accounting or other related field
- Project management, and program development skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including formal presentations
- Motivated to increase knowledge of compensation administration and build relevant skill set
- Advanced Excel skills
