Job Summary
A provider of human resources software and services is seeking a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Serve as an analyst and partner to the HRBP team and to the functional teams you support
- Research and maintain best compensation practices
- Maintain compensation compliance on a global basis and have strong understanding of the various rules and regulations
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience
- Advanced Excel expertise
- Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
- Proven experiencing managing projects
- Strong detail orientation
- Strong customer service, problem solving, project management and communication skills
