Job Summary
A financial services company is seeking a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct market pricing analyses and job pricing
- Participate in salary surveys conducted by third parties
- Establish strong relationships with HR and other company business partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding compensation practices
- Knowledge of HR employment policies and practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and reprioritize/multitask to accommodate changing priorities
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving skills as well as project management
