Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing compensation support within the organization on a global scale
  • Participating as a subject matter expert alongside the HRIS Analytics team
  • Assisting with building and ongoing maintenance of salary structures within Workday

Required Skills:

  • 5 + years of compensation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to perform regular and ad-hoc analytical requests and summarize results
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deliverables
  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and survey data
  • Intermediate-Advanced quantitative analysis skills and Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
