Job Summary

An internet technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitoring and advising on internal equity matters concerning employee base of ~800
• Executing compensation changes related to promotions, new hires, etc
• Assisting in merit process (communication, disbursement, tracking, recommendation on merit budget, market competitiveness, etc.)

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree with equivalent experience
• 3+ Years progressive experience in a compensation role
• Demonstrated consistent success operating with rapidly shifting priorities, deliverables and timelines
• Previous experience in annual merit process administration
• Expert level in MS Excel and Google Suite
• Good written and verbal communication skills
