Job Summary
A privately-held software technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing annual submission of salary survey data to survey houses
- Reviewing and refreshing pay ranges in multiple countries and functions
- Reviewing and refreshing equity grant ranges in multiple countries and functions
Position Requirements Include:
- Analytical skills & ability to work with large data sets
- Strong Excel & computational skills

- Ability to look beyond numbers, understand contextual information, & identify underlying trends
