Job Summary
A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Periodically reviewing salary structures
- Leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of the global annual compensation review process
- Leading global compensation survey submissions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (i.e., v-lookup, pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- 4 - 6 years progressive compensation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Maintains knowledge and legal compliance regarding compensation practices
