Job Summary

A financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Periodically reviewing salary structures
  • Leading and/or supporting the planning and execution of the global annual compensation review process
  • Leading global compensation survey submissions

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (i.e., v-lookup, pivot tables), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • 4 - 6 years progressive compensation experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Maintains knowledge and legal compliance regarding compensation practices
