Job Summary

A privately-held accounting and financial consulting services firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing and maintaining the firm’s job grading process
  • Evaluating and implementing job analysis instruments and materials
  • Advising management on applicable state and federal compensation practices and policies

Required Skills:

  • At least 7 years’ experience as a compensation analyst or similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong detail orientation
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
