Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Completing job evaluation studies
- Serving as primary compensation contact to human resources (HR) Managers
- Guiding and coaching compensation analysts on compensation responsibilities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university and 5 or more years of experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions
- Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents
