Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Completing job evaluation studies
  • Serving as primary compensation contact to human resources (HR) Managers
  • Guiding and coaching compensation analysts on compensation responsibilities

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university and 5 or more years of experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex documents
