Job Summary
An interior design company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and updating Total Rewards programs
- Working alongside senior leadership, server as a subject matter expert to provide accurate compensation analytics
- Evaluating trends and benchmark data related to Compensation and other Total Rewards programs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to summarize data, pull insights and present finding to management
- 5+ years of experience working as a Compensation Analyst
- Able to anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner
- Highly analytical thinker who is able to influence decisions with a well-rounded and objective process of evaluation
- Knowledge of principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry
- Demonstrated experience navigating a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
