Job Summary
A telecom company is seeking a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Design and implement compensation program
- Review of compensation programs
- Participate in the job evaluation process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
- 4 + years’ experience in Human Resources
- 1+ years experience in the Compensation area designing and administering pay programs
