Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage compensation projects
- Support modeling and running semi-annual performance management/compensation review cycle
- Partner with Talent on new hire compensation best practices
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS degree with an emphasis on work of a quantitative nature, or related practical experience
- Exceptional knowledge of Excel, with experience building and maintaining complex models
- 2+ years of experience as a compensation analyst or financial analyst role, preferably in a high growth SaaS environment
