Job Summary
An interior design company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Compensation Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and updating Total Rewards programs
- Providing recommendations for job level, pay band, base pay, short term & long term incentives
- Evaluating trends and benchmark data related to Compensation and other Total Rewards programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Compensation Analyst
- Able to anticipate, identify and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner
- Able to summarize data, pull insights and present finding to management
- Knowledge of principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry
- Demonstrated experience navigating a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
- Highly analytical thinker
